Términos y Condiciones
Última actualización: 22 de octubre de 2026.
- el medio autoriza a MSPress a usar esas cuentas solo para lo que la persona del medio decide hacer, como publicar una nota o leer las cifras de su propio sitio;
- el medio debe cumplir los términos de cada plataforma. En particular, al usar YouTube desde MSPress, el medio acepta las Condiciones del Servicio de YouTube, y el tratamiento de sus datos por Google se rige por la Política de Privacidad de Google;
13. Contacto

Terms of Service (English)
Last updated: October 22, 2026.
1. Acceptance
These terms govern the use of CMS-MSPress ("MSPress", "we"), the content management system for news organizations provided by MSPress SpA. By creating an account or using the service, the newsroom and each person who uses it on the newsroom's behalf accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
MSPress lets a newsroom create, edit and publish its content on its website, newsletter, print edition and the networks and platforms the newsroom itself connects. Commercial terms, plan and duration are set in each newsroom's contract.
3. Accounts and roles
Each newsroom manages its users and their roles and is responsible for how they use its account. Credentials are personal and must not be shared. The newsroom must tell us at once at contacto@cms-mspress.com if it suspects unauthorized access.
4. The newsroom's content
Content the newsroom uploads or publishes belongs to the newsroom. The newsroom allows us to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service. The newsroom represents that it holds the rights to that content and that publishing it does not break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
5. Connected platforms
A newsroom's administrator may connect the newsroom's own accounts on other platforms, such as Google (YouTube, Search Console and Reader Revenue Manager), Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Threads), X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram and Bluesky. By connecting them:
- the newsroom authorizes MSPress to use those accounts only for what a person at the newsroom decides to do, such as publishing a story or reading the figures of its own website;
- the newsroom must comply with each platform's terms. In particular, by using YouTube through MSPress, the newsroom agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of its data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy;
- the connection can be removed at any time from MSPress or from the platform itself. When it is removed, MSPress deletes the stored permissions.
Platforms may change, limit or suspend their services without notice from MSPress, and MSPress is not responsible for those changes.
6. Acceptable use
MSPress may not be used to publish illegal or defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights, to impersonate others, to send spam, or to compromise the security of the service, other newsrooms or connected platforms. MSPress may suspend an account that breaks these rules and will tell the newsroom why.
7. MSPress's property
The software, design and brand of MSPress belong to MSPress SpA. These terms give the newsroom no rights over them other than using them to run the newsroom while its contract is in force.
8. Availability
MSPress strives to keep the service continuously available and announces scheduled maintenance in advance. The service is provided "as is": it may have interruptions or errors, which we fix as quickly as we can.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MSPress is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss caused by the newsroom or by third parties. MSPress's total liability is limited to what the newsroom paid for the service in the twelve months before the event.
10. Termination
The newsroom may end the service under its contract. When it ends, the newsroom may request a copy of its content, and MSPress removes the connections to its platforms and deletes data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, notify each newsroom's administrator before it takes effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago.
13. Contact
